Transaction SPNEGO does not exist

Dear Experts,

We are trying to configure the new SSO 2.0 SP3 setup in our landscape and as part of that when we try to configure the SSO in ABAP systems which is based on 731 SP6 and with kernel 721_EXT Patch 400 using the T-code SPNEGO, we are getting an error stating " Transaction SPnego doesn't exists"

Do we have any special kind of requirement needed to have the SPNEGO transaction in place?

We have already checked the following notes but dont have any clear picture.

Check the note 1798979 - SPNego ABAP: Downport

• 7.31 SP 7 (or higher)
  (additionally apply notes 1819808 and 1832706)

Does it mean we cant have SSO using SSO 2.0 SP3 with version 731 SP6

Hello Vimal,

This is SPNEGO requirement

For SPNEGO you must upgrade SAP_BASIS SP version to 7 at least. The notes are additional.

You can enable SSO for your system using Secure Login Server.
