B_userstat , Reject CR in SAP Solution Manager

Hi All,

in SAP solution Manager , we want to give the Processor the authorization to Reject the Change Request

when the CR has the Status Validated , the processor can click on actions -> Reject Change Request

But we get an authorization problem,

meanwhile, we can't give the processor the authorization to approve the CR,

please let us know what to do with B_userstat authorization object.

Hi Aljarbou,

You need to assign status authorization key for your status profile which is assigned to your transaction type like ZMCR or YMCR etc for the object(B_userstat ) you have mentioned
