How to get into Fiori Configuration Cockpit if I don't have HANA?

I want to add some custom theme to launchpad for user selection. How to get into Fiori Configuration Cockpit if I don't have HANA.

Hi Angshuman,

We have a naming issue. Which one are you talking about "Cloud" or "OnPremise"?

Managing SAP Fiori launchpad:

Cloud:          "SAP Fiori launchpad configuration cockpit" - It is a part of SAP HANA Cloud Portal on HCP

OnPremise: Fiori Launchpad Designer - It is in the ABAP frontend server. (Any DB)

Managing Theme:

Cloud:          UI Theme Designer - It is one of services in SAP HANA Cloud Portal on HCP.

OnPremise: UI Theme Designer - It is in the ABAP frontend server. (Any DB)

This is regarding OnPremise.

I have my custom theme already developed in transaction /UI5/THEME_DESIGNER. But I want this custom theme to be available for users selection on the Preference section. I know this can be done through Fiori Configuration Cockpit(FCC),  but in OnPremise scenario how can I open that?

Please upload a screenshot of the theme selection screen. Is it enabled?

What is the SAPUI5 library version?

Once I click on Preference, it opens the below screen.

Click on Default, will take me to the Theme selection screen. Where I can choose different themes. I want to add one more custom theme to the list.

My question in on point 2:

The user has selected a custom theme during prior usage of the Fiori launchpad.

How I make that possible thatuser can select their own? The note says that it is possible, but how?

Are you able to launch FLP using the theme? Do these themes exist in that system in the UI Theme Tool? (tcode /UI5/THEME_TOOL)?

Hi Angshuman,

I think the Paper, People are custom themes in your system.

Probably you have not build a theme in the UI theme designer.

For runtime, check the OData service /sap/opu/odata/UI2/INTEROP/Themes.
