Restful ws login using windowsAD

login using secWinAD with restful web service, receiving response 401. I don't why, but the using same login credentials able to login CMS web console, not working with Restful is any specific configurations to be done on server to allow AD accounts login using web services?

Dan had mentioned about a very nice blog which has the steps how to configure WACS with kerberos for AD authentication . Since REST web services are deployed on WACS, it needs to be configured.
