Suppressed Reason for Movement field still asking for data entry

Hi All

I am trying to change a 'reason for movement' field for movement 501 from mandatory to suppressed.

I have made the changed in OMBS and OMJJ but I am still being asked to enter data.

I cannot go past it

Is there somewhere else that the suppress/mandatory setting is held in SPRO?

MIGO has its own field selection settings in IMG under MM > IM

Found it under 'Settings for Enjoy Transactions'.

Of course! How did I miss that!!!!!

What is the purpose of amending the settings in OMJJ and OMBS to then have to also change it in a setting that deals with how you interface with a particular transaction.

I personally think it's overkill.

But hey, you have helped me to resolve my issue

there is the old world of MB* transactions (which will be gone soon) and the new (already 16 year old) enjoy world

Could you check field selection in OMJJ that grund field is mandatory or not ?
