CUA in GRC: Address tab is Global, Roles tab is Local

Hi All,

My existing CUA system has Address tab has Global , but Roles tab , as Local. So, as per Note:2072086, 'CUA Global settings' has to be maintained for Global, but is not be maintained, if SCUM is Local.

So, could you suggest my config.

Hello Plaban,

Why do you need to keep Address data as global? If your systems are connected to the GRC system and you provision users from GRC, the user details will be filled based on your data source configuration and provisioned to the plug-in systems. You could set your CUA master as user detail data source and then you can maintain Address data as local in SCUM.

Hi Plaban,

Seems that you must switch your role maintenance to Global. I had discussion with SAP support and they said that you must opt between global or local settings in the new versions (there was no problem with such thing in GRC 5.3). Unfortunately, my idea to fix this doesn't have enough voices to be processed by the developers' team.
