Hi experts,
I am working on alert management in SRM. I am able to see my alert categories and I can also subscribe them. But alert is not appearing in my alert inbox. I am trying with event- shopping cart changes. If someone makes any change to shopping cart. An alert should trigger.Full points will be rewarded for the useful answer.
thanks and regards

Hi,
1- Did you activate the alert inbox in SICF ?
2- salrt1 : NONE
3- test your alert in SE38 with RSALERTTEST
and enter your alert category (example : SRM_SHOPPING_CART)
4-Did you maintain your events in SPRO ?
5- Did you maintain "transaction type" details for BUS2121 ?
Kind regards,
Yann

Hi Yann,
1. Yes alert inbox is activated.
2. salrt1 is also None
3. Program is tested and the result is ID of alert created.
4. Maintained events in SPRO- Event for shopping cart maintained as SC_CHANGED-Shopping cart changed. Also linked to event schema.
5. Maintained transaction type details- Event schema SC and B.trans ategory - BU2121 maintained.
Still when I change shopping cart no alert is triggered. I also scheduled RSALERTTEST as a report in sm36.
