Dear All,

I have assigned 6 MIC in the inpestion plan under inspection characteristics. But when i go to the result entry in QA32 for a inspection lot only one MIC is displayed for entering the result. Also when i click on the display task list in inspection specification tab of the inspection lot. Here i see only one MIC.

I have checked following points.

1 - Checked the Inspection Type in MM03 (QM View)

2 - Checked the Task List Usage assigned for this Inspection Type in

     SPRO.

3 - Checked the Task List Usage (5-Goods Reciept) in QP01.

4 - Task List Usage in point 2 and 3 is same.

Kindly help me to over come this issue.

Regards,

Manoj

Hi,

i hope there is two ways to solve this issue, follow the below steps.

1. If not at saved your Results Recording:

go to QA02 screen, here you can Do the sample cancellation for the respective inspection lot.

for your reference, find the attachment.

2. if already saved your Recorded Results :

Go to change mode (results recording), here you can insert your MICs Manually with "create additional char." tab

Thanks,

Inspection plan assigned must be different that what you are expecting,.

Compare field  ZAEHL  from QALS to ZAEHL from PLKO

Then check which counter has got assigned,is it the latest one or old.

Compare DATUV...

Check the "last change by date" on the plan and check the key date shown in the inspection lot.  It could be possible that at the time the lot was created, only one MIC was available in the plan.

You also reference checking the task list usage. But in QA03 the lot should show you exactly what plan it used and allow you to "jump" directly to it from the inspection lot to display it.  Have you verified the selected plan?
