Business Roles not displayed in Existing Assignments

Hello Experts,

We have come across a scenario where existing assignments in access request form is not displaying business role assigned to a user for which request is being submitted.

We are on GRC 10.1 SP08.

We had SAP Note # 2123941 (UAM: Business role assignments are not visible in existing a)  implemented but no luck.

Please let us know if we can try any other solution. We are working to identify any further notes in market place for this issue and meanwhile dropped this message.

• Ensure that the repository synch has been performed.

• Did you happen to Check this SAP note: 2105072 - Existing Assignments Not Appearing

Hi Rakesh,

Repository sync job is updating GRACUSERROLE as expected.

Role status is maintained as mentioned in note #2105072.

Please reply if you would want me to check any other solution.

2196300 - UAM : Existing assignments does not contain Business role assignments

Thanks. We have implemented note 2196300 (which has note 2123941 as pre-requisite) on 10.1 SP08 and have the issue fixed.

On GRC 10.1 SP06 just the note 2123941 should fix the issue.

Hello Sravan,

Please verify if the business roles are future dated roles.

If that is the case, while executing the repository synch. Job, make sure you select synch. Future dated assignments as below.

P.S: If the check box is not visible, make sure that the note 1826738 is implemented in the system.
