Control setting for SED in GTS.

Dear GTS Experts,

I know the purpose of SED,Why it is required.But SED is required only for some specific materials only which are declared by Customs authority.

Now,I want to know where is the config setting to Generate SED or Not Generate SED.

Ex: For some materials SED should be generated and for some material SED should not be generated after customer customs export declarations.
