How can we create a sales order directly

Hiii ..... can create a sales order directly rather than creating a inquiry and then converting the inquiry to sales order. I think we can do it ....can u pls tell me how can we do this ....

Hello pavan kumar,

Get Started

• SAP menu path: (not in role ZSBM)

• SAP Fast Path

At the Command Line, enter: /nVA01

Now the Create Sales Order: initial screen will be viewed..

• Order Type: (Use default = "ZPS" for Project Order)

• Organizational data: (Use defaults)

Sales organization ("1000" for Sponsored Billing)

Distribution channel ("10" for MIT Distribution Channel)

Division ("10" for MIT Division)

hai

we need not always create an inquiry and quotation to create a sales order,

we can do it by the t:code VA01,(create sales order), VA02( change sales order),

VA03 ( disply sales order).

hi..

just use t.code VA01 to create a sales order directly.

you need to do an inquiry, quotation and order when your business process wants it that way. Its an optional thing.
