B1isn - "blank" variable window

Hi all,

i'm trying to use variables (local and global) into a "call sql" atom.

Now I need to change the value of the variable because probably I setted up a wrong xPath.

When I came back to the variable window it all appear "blank":

do you have any suggestion how to manage this issue?

Hi Stefano,

you probably already solved this, but maybe any other will find this answer helpful... Open vVar.xml from your scenario package in webDAV and edit the value to either a correct xPath or just blank the value out. After saving the vVar.xml you should be able to open the GUI in correct manner again.

thanks for you reply.

In the meantime i developed some other scenarios and i've seen that i do not get the same issue if i create the variable outside of any atoms.

Anyway i'll try your suggestion next time it will occur to me the necessity.

Hi Lars,

i've got the same issue now.

Unfortunatly i do not have a webDav on this server so I have to reach this file using B1i UI.

Do you have any suggestion on how to find this file?

Hi Lars,

i've found the way to export and then overwrite the vVar.xsl file (from the control center).

I've removed the variable nodes from the xsl file but my global variable still remain the same:

Maybe I have to restart the integration component?

Ops sorry i was wrong.

I was editing vVar.xsl and not XML.

Just done into the correct file and everything works fine.
