Error NO_MAPPINGPROGRAM_FOUND in SXMB_MONI XI

Hi experts,

in October 2015 we do a modification in an interface in DEV, we do tests and it's all ok.

Now we have transported IR object and Proxy in Quality environment.

When we test interface in Qty we get this error in XI sxmb_moni:

NO_MAPPINGPROGRAM_FOUND

Interface Mapping Object ID 7440020020xxx Software Component 9239dd99xxx does not exist in Runtime cache.

We've done SMICM local J2EE restart, SXI_CACHE Delta and Full Refresh but no luck.

Any hints?

We had the same issue and we did a lot of cache clearing and all other stuff to get it working.

a) Please first check whether your mapping is done properly and activate it properly.

b) The issue might be related to cache, please run the full cache refresh. also check the sap note1312182.

c) If already done then please ignore. Please do not select anything under the software component version of the sender interface in Interface Determination.

d) You might reconsider to recreate the proxy.

e) Please run test config tool from Integration directory and see where issue is happening.

Please perform a and e first. Then c then b. d is rarely used and resolve problem when its proxy but can be tried.

Hi Abhishek,

done e), found the error.

Problem was a little difference in IM name between DEV and QTY. I haven't noticed that difference.....

Problem solved by modifying IM name and retransporting ID & IR from DEV to QTY.
