Hi,

I have setup MAI for a system. Few metrics are in grey ratings due to below error.

On checking Extractor error, I found the same error.

The metric is collecting data from CCMS in MAI.

Although CCMS is collecting data in managed system.

Can anyone help me on this?

Hello Phofane,

The quick answer will be: "The extractor will start trying to collect CCMS metrics data in managed system again. The impact on SolMan system will be insignificant."
