Random Bin allocation based on Material in K Strategy

Hi,

I have a scenario, where I am using the Near pick bin strategy K for my storage type. The Strategy is working along with fixed bin.

I Assigned the Random and fixed bin storage type with bin structure and also activated number of bins allowed in random(OMLA). But it is applicable for all Materials. We want as client requirement, the number of bins in OMLA should be vary based on materials.

EX: I want xxx Material should fill only 10 Random bins. But YYY material should fill 50 random bins.

Please help how to achieve this scenario.

Hi

Unless the author of the attached thread has found a work around, this isn't possible. The configuration that you make in OMLA is applicable to all materials using the storage type ....... to the best of my knowledge
