Program: RSUVM007 terminated with Database error

Hello together,

we started a System measurement in our Landscape but  some JOBs of the program  RSUVM007 canceled . So we can't download the results of the measurement. I can't find any dumps our entries in the syslog.  Only in SM37 :  Job canceled

The error is:

Our release is SAP NW 7.40 SP 9

I've checked the SAPNOTE:  1625363 - Job RSUVM007 canceled with databaseerror

but this Note is always to release 7.31

Anyone an idea to fix this Problem?

We found a solution: Implmenting ne Support-packages for SAP-BASIS solve our Problem.

we've started the measurement on last friday the 10th june  and repeat the measurment today.

Same Jobs canceled with the same error logs.

Hi,

two things have checked the db log at the time of failure?

check which work process trace file was running the at the time of failure and review this dev_w trace file for information at time of failure.

1723097	System measurement: Background job terminates (RSUVM0xx)
1595457	This SAP Note is obsolete. USMM: Background job termination

2. Otherwise you have to raise the SAP support ticket.

Did you try this ...

Type %UNLOCK in OK field while in USMM tcode to clean the lock and re-execute.

ST22 dump if any, and

DB logs (Db2: db2diag.log or Oracle: alert log)

no WP -logs, dumps or SYSLOG to the canceled Jobs, sorry... where can I find the alert.log?

Hi Mathias,

We did come across the same situation every time when the measurement jobs for PI system failed by giving DB error.

We tried to execute after sometimes and it worked automatically without doing anything. Please wait and execute the measurement after 5 to 6 hours and check.

If the same situation occurs, please post the corresponding job log here and we will discuss further.
