Water marks while printing - DMS

Hi gurus

My requirement is to have water marks on the original while printing in DMS (CV02N, CV03N)

We will have different types of water marks which will be selected manually while printing the originals (this is customized one, we are working on it)

I have tried using BADI DOCUMENT_ECL01 with method SHOW_DOC_META_DATA but could not be successful.

Also tried using OSS note 705266 with no use.

We are implementing ECC 6.0.

Can you please guide me???

Hi Balaji,

Another option would be to use the "Watermark" functionality of the ECL viewer (see SAP note 1918285).  Here method SET_PRINT_WATERMARK in class CL_GUI_ECL_PRIMARYVIEWER can be used.

This method should be working in the BADI implementation DOCUMENT_ECL01 with method SHOW_DOC_META_DATA

Hi Balaji,

If you are using OpenText content server for storing the documents. You can achieve this with the help of OpenText Rendition server.

You may need to check OpenText licence impact.
