How can I see what's the default UoM for this Sales Doc. Type?

Hello experts;

A bunch of Sales Orders in our company was created with a different Sales Unit or unit of measure; I have verified in Material Master and everything looks good, also I have checked i the customer is set to accept a different unit of measure in VD53; but I get:

No info records found

Is there somewhere else I could look at? I was wondering if perhaps the Sales Doc is configured to default that unit of measure, if so; how can I see what's the default UoM for this Sales Doc. Type?

Have you already checked the document flow? I have seen flows going over decades, copying the old stuff from sales order to sales order
