Copy PO no & Date Fields of all line items including header in creation of Return Order ( VA01 ) from Original Order

Hi ,

Greetings for the day ahead .

Can u plz guide me through this Requirement to Copy PO no & Date Fields of all line items  in creation of Return Order ( VA01 ) from Original Order .The original order may have line items with different PO numbers and Dates .

Which VOFM routine is the solution for this which can be copied to fulfill the Requirement  ?

Hello Devendra,

It is possible to define a VOFM Data transfer routine to include your requirement and assign the same at Billing Document to Sales Document Copy control at item level.

But please note there could multiple item categories and you have to ensure none of the combination is missed.

Rather than this, a custom code at User exit level in program - MV45AFZZ would be a better option.

Hi Jignesh / G. Lakshmipathi ,

My return order is now showing the PO number and dates of all line items including the header value in Return Order after using MV45AFZZ . But , when this return order is saved , it gives the error message : Item 10 with HU managed storage location F201 is not allowed .What is the solution for this ? Kindly help .
