XD99: No data meet the selection criteria

Dear all,

I seem unable to create new entries with the transaction XD99.

I'm trying to upload some partner functions from a file. I proceed like this. I specify in the initial screen the table KNVP

and select "Import data from a file". The systems reads my file, displays the contents correctly and correctly makes the field assignments.

However, I seem to be unable to create any new records: in the next screen records with the key fields, which don't exist yet and are

to be created anew, are displayed under "Non-existent Data Records of Customer Master Data Functions" and are not process any further.

If I load them separately, I get the above message "No data meet the selection criteria".

Please help!

The upload function can only be used for mass changes, not for creation of new data

In XD99, after selecting the required field, there would be two tabs, viz. "Data Records to be Changed" and other one would be "Data Records to be Created".  By default, system would display with first tab (data to be changed) and you need to select the other one.
