My Inbox 2.0 - open task - invalid URL

Hi Experts,

when we click on Open task in My Inbox, url is invalid.

Open Task  - url in chrome

UIX01CA1  - 200 / 0002

SAP_UI    - 750 / 0003

SAP_GWFND - 740 / 0015

Hi All,

I also implemented the note but it did not resolve the issue. We are getting some javascript error. I have in conversation with SAP for the next possible resolution.

I think, if you have intent based navigation then it works. For direct URL there is still some issue.

Hi

I applied the note and then i did not work. When I viewed the version of the Fiori Inbox it was still 2.1.1.

I found i had to run the se38 report /UI5/APP_INDEX_CALCULATE and then it worked.

This issue had been resolved  after apply the latest patches of My Inbox version.

Hi all,

The implementation of the OSS note 2322131 My Inbox 2.0 SP02 Patch (2.1.4) version 3 solved the issue for us.

Don't forget to clear all caches (server and browser).

Hello Praneeth,

I am also facing the same issue with My Inbox 2.0. I also upgraded the inbox to 2.1.3 as suggested by SAP but it does not solve the issue.

I have an open ticket with SAP on this issue, will let you know once I get a resolution from them.

SAP suggested Note - 2322131 to corrected the issue. I am in process of implementing the note. Let me know if this works for you.

The note that comes up in search is relevant for My Inbox 1.5. The problem here is with My Inbox 2.0

If you can open it, probably mandatory notes for SAP_BASIS are missing in the ERP.

As suggested, We are able to open the SAPGUI for html.

"https ://<server>.<domain:<port>/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui?sap-client=300&sap-language=EN".

There is difference between URL generation in Chrome & IE.

In Chrome, if  '%2f' replace with ' / '.  able to view task in new window.

Not like same in IE :- URL getting generated completely invalid URL .

Any idea?
