Attached Drawing in material master not coming automatically in PR/PO

Dear Guru,

attached documents in material master  , it is not coming in line items of PR or PO

i have created one documents and assigned in material master .

configuration part:-

my documents type  DMO , and in DC10  i have assigned EBAN , EKPO , MARA in object link .

Now i have attached in material master ,

now i am creating PR it is not coming automatic in line item

kindly suggest me where i am doing mistake , how it will come in PR /PO automatic . Documents  number is in Released status

Hello Aqueel,

This is not a standard feature in SAP, the document attached to the material master (object link MARA) does not flow to PR or PO.

You may go for an enhancement to achieve your requirement or manually link the documents to PR.

I think document linked to the PR flows to the PO via standard functionality.

can you suggest me any Badi or user exit so we can link the documents from Material Master to PR /PO,

Hello Aqueel,

You can check BADI ME_PROCESS_REQ_CUST or exit EXIT_SAPLMEREQ_010.

For creating the object link you can use BAPI_DOCUMENT_CHANGE.
