Exclude Specifc Customers from Output Condition

Hi Experts,

     We use Standard Output PL00 for Packing Slips using Shipping Point as the condition - We have a specific customer that requires a modified packing slip. We need to exclude that customer from standard output PL00. From what I have researched exclusion is not possible with conditions, is there any recommendation to exclude customers from an output?

Hi Adam,

You need to create a requirement routine from VOFM -> Requirements -> Output control. If your requirement is not fulfilled (your special customers), the condition type to which your requirement is assigned to will not be triggered.

Assign this requirement to your condition type in your output procedure and you're ready to go.
