Operational Purchaser to Display Shopping carts of other users

Hello Experts

Is it standard design by SAP that SC POWL Queries available for Operational Purchasers not able to display SC of other users?
If yes, would you know the business reasons  behind it?
Any suggestion so they can see these carts?

Pls see below screen using standard Operation Purchaser Role- not able to display SC of other users (unlike PO).

Hi,

This is correct behavior.
If you would like to display others' SCs, you have to display it from application monitor with admin user.

Thanks Ivy, it there a way an admin user can edit the shopping cart of other users?
Application monitor only has DETAILS and DELETE SC button.

Hi Dex,

In case of Team shopping cart's its possible. Else system will not allow to edit others sc's.
