Currently we are using PI 7.1 in my project.

Now we are going to upgrade the version.

Please let me know the activities I have to do in SAP ECC and SAP PI?

what are all the test cases I have to take?

Hello Vishnu,

you can check for connections in SM59 and test the connection by sending Proxy/IDOC/RFC and check if it is succesfully reaching the PI system.

Hi Vishnu,

To which PI version your upgrading PI ( Single or Dual ).

Two ways to upgrade PI

1. Upgrading existing system

2. Installing new system 7.4 or any versions and importing the existing system export
