Error while sending iDoc from HCI to ERP

Former Member

Hi everyone,

I'm configuring a mapping between C4C and ERP with HCI, and when sending the iDoc to the ERP, I'm getting the error below :

Inbound processing in endpoint at /COD/ERP/QUOTE_TO_BUSINESSDOCUMENT failed with message "SoapFault:faultstring=I/VSCAN/033//SOAP_CORE/WS_RECEIVE (Virus scan profile /SOAP_CORE/WS_RECEIVE is not active); faultcode={http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/}Client"

I didn't find anything about virus scan profile on the Internet. As anyone an idea ? Is there something  to activate on the ERP ?

Best regards,

Julen.

Hi again everyone,

Now I'm facing this error :

Inbound processing in endpoint at /COD/ERP/QUOTE_TO_BUSINESSDOCUMENT failed with message "SoapFault:faultstring=E/SRT_CORE/131 (Exception raised by Web Service application); faultcode={http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/}Client"

I don't know where is the error, in HCI or in ECC, because when I read the log file, I can see that the process is calling "ref:idocOutboundRequest" but after I'm getting the error above.

Any ideas ?

Best regards,

To help future people who will find the same error, it was done by a bad use of filter in my flow, causing my IDoc to be send empty which makes ECC raise the exception SRT_CORE/131.

Hi Julen,

Check this thread as well. The profile is not activated.

Cheers,
