WBS elements not displayed in Front end

I am implementing Change WBS status application with below components installed.

UIEAAP01 100 (0008 )

SAP_APPL 617 (0010 )

The application is loading well but does nt display the list in the master page. Also there are no errors in the chrome console or gateway traces of error log.

Checking in the network tab , can see that the app makes call to below OData service,

http://hostname:port/sap/opu/odata/sap/PS_WBSELEMENTSTATUSCHANGE_SRV/WBSElementCollection?$skip=0&$t...

which does nt return any values.

but if i remove the filter=WBS Element eq '' the values are returned.

http://hostname:port/sap/opu/odata/sap/PS_WBSELEMENTSTATUSCHANGE_SRV/WBSElementCollection?$skip=0&$t...

Did any one implement the app before and suggest the missing step?

How did you remove the filter from the standard application?

The same problem we are facing.

Can you please suggest me how to resolve this problem.

There looks like certain functional specific configurations are to be enabled for the user for access to WBS elements.

We tried testing the app with the functional consultant user where configurations are enabled and it worked.
