No entries getting created in TOA01

Hello,

I have maintained all the configurations required for documents management in CRM. I am configuring it for BO- BUS1006.

Steps followed are

Content server creation  OAC0- done by basis

Maintain category - OACT- created new Z category with document area ARCHLINK and content rep from OAC0

Global document types - OAC2 - created Z document type ZXXX

Link for content repositories - OAC3 - created new entry for BUS1006 with doc type ZXXX content rep relationship table TOA01

Document modeling workbench - DMWB - As per note 491701, Maintained X against STORAGE_CATEGORY_MAINT

Categories for physical document classes - SKPR08 - maintained new category against BDS_POC1

Class definition - SBDSV2 - maintained entry for BUS1006 with Z doc type and z category from above

After uploading document in BP transaction , no entries getting created in TOA01. Hence OAAD showing nothing.

What is the step I am missing? I am assuming entries will be created in TOA01 automatically , is that correct?

Hi Madhura,

I think PHIO class is not the correct one. BDS_POC1 is used for BDS documents not for crm attachments.

I do not have access to CRM system. Please check the right PHIO class for CRM business partner.

I have redirected the BDS_POC1 to new category which points to content server  by making change for entry in SKPR08

I found the table in CRM which stores the link for document attachment. it is SKWG_BREL.
