Connection to Mobile application hangs

Hello,

I have a problem when connecting to SAP BO mobile application. After entering user and password application goes to application screen, but hangs on loading data (main menu?). It doesn't throw any error, just hangs with "loading circle" spinning. Any idea what's the cause of this?

I've check SAP troubleshooting page and every settings are done well (certificate is also installed in mobile). Troubleshooting tool in B1if shows that everything is ok.

Checked also on couple devices, also the same issue.

SAP Version: 9.1 PL09

Hello Daniel,

Looks like this is a SAP Business One app and this forum is for SAP BusinessObjects Mobile Business Intelligence Solution.
