System level - Mandate Notes, App level - Mandate Notes

Hello Experts,

I would like to know the Notes that needs to be implemented before actually deploying the app. We have setup the Fiori Launchpad and also a Netweaver Gateway.

The 1st App that we are planning to deploy is 'Approve Purchase Requisition' on database. We do not have Hana DB setup.

1.) What would be the System level Mandate Notes that need to be implemented before we begin our deployment?

2.) What are the app specific notes that we need to implement?
