how check whether actuals posted to a WBS or not

hello all,

i searched SCN but did not found a suitable thread on this,

is there any flag(in any table ) to check whether actual's(services actual's) posted to WBS or not..

Hi Vinay,

In CJ20N for a Service Activity

1. Once you maintain services "Service Exist" check box will be checked automatically

2. Once you create PO from PR "Purc. ord. exists" check box will be checked automatically

3. Once you post Service Entry Sheet (Status EOPD is set) - This is actual posting.

Also you can view cost through below option

Select the Activity - Click Edit - Cost - Plan /Actual - Activity / element

need some clarification,

can i blindly say service actuals have posted if status EOPD is set (i.e with out entry sheet there wont be any actuals am i right),

Hi Vinay,

Yes you are rite. It can be a partial posting or full posting, but there is some actual's posted.

Hi Vinay,

GMPS status will determine there is some Goods posted, either Internal or External.
