Hi

I have a situation - I start the operation and log the tool, tool status change to Productive, and I want the tool status should change from Productive to Enable when I log the NC to disposition the product, so I had configured the RESET_TOOL_HOOK at the activity hook tab @ NC Maintenance hook point PRE_DISP or POST_DISP but the SFC is disposition to the NC routing and the tool status remain the same (Productive) it is NOT change to enable ?

I am using the latest version of ME v15.1 some patch

please suggest ?

Unfortunately, that hook is designed to work PRE_COMPLETE or POST_COMPLETE only, so you need to change your method of dispositioning, or set the tool status manually.
