Using Kiosk Mode with SAP Afaria (Mobile Secure) on Android 4.4.4

Hello,

I'm trying to use SAP Afaria (Mobile Secure) on an Android 4.4.4 device and push a Kiosk or Lockdown profile.  I'm using a Free Trial of the solution and I don't see any options in my Environment to push this type of profile and I cannot find any information in any of the Afaria documentation that describes this feature.

Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

Greetings!!

Yes, as Koichi said SAP Mobile Secure doesn't support Kiosk Lockdown client/mode both in Android & iOS.

You can login to SAP Mobile Secure Admin Console, go to Policy ->iOS/Android -> Config Policy and see what all can be configured/managed through SAP Mobile Secure/Afaria.

Hi Jay,

Afaria(Mobile Secure) supports the device management capability for Samsung SAFE & KNOX.

(and supports Android for Work.)

Those management capabilities can add a restriction to applications and device features.
