Refreshing file list

Hello,

     We often have a group of people working 3D files on a network using SAP VE. The file lists rarely if ever update when a file has changed. How do you get the file systems shown within SAP VE to refresh. F5 doesn't do the trick.Instead of updating a deleted folder and not showing it in the list, we get an error like the one below.

SAP VISUAL ENTERPRISE AUTHOR 8.0 x64 Version 8.0.0.2

Hi Anthony,

I am assuming you are using the 'Files' panel with Author. If this is the case, simply right click in the Files area and select 'Refresh File List'.
