Messages are in recovery mode in seeburger message monitor

Hi ,

Anybody have any idea on when messages will move to recovery status? what will be resolution to fix it.

I am facing some strange issue where some of the files processed successfully and some of the them going to recovery status.

I even checked the syntax of the files and its looks fine and no issue with configuraion part .

Checked the SDN, could not able to find any information.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Hi Sagarika,

The issue might occur because of system resources (memory, cpu, thread) is unavailable during message processing. you can recover/reprocess those message from seeburger recovery monitor.

Do you see the size of failed messages is large/big and successful messages are small?

The size of the successful file is larger than failed one.
