Hi,
I configured the Alert Manager as descrined by this famous blog:
No issue with it on the DEV machine....
But on the PRD System (both are PI 7.31 double stack) I was only able to trigger the alert rule once.
Since then the system won´t react for any new alerts coming up.
The job protocol says "0 alerts were processed" .
I implemented a test scenario soap to file to create mapping errors which was the one that was successfully reported once.
Since then nothing happened any more for thsi scenario and for any others (got 2 others with a mapping error in prod use).
Any ideas what is wrong with this Alert tool?

Check the Alert Rule in Integration Directory.
If the Alert Rule is not consistent the job will not collect the alerts. Also be sure that all your Integrated Configurations are in the Alert Rule.

Hope you created with Aggregate alerts options.
Try creating a new job and HOLD the current running job. I faced the similar kind of issue but was resolved after creating new Job.
