Activating Analytical Apps

Hi

I´m struggling on activation of analytical apps for Fiori. Could someone give me a clear idea?

For my understanding, KPI modeler is related to analytics apps. Is that right?

But in my launchpad I am getting "Cannot load tile".

Browser console:

Is it mandatory to use/install web dispatcher for analytical apps?

Also, the following HANA Roles, should they already pre-installed in HANA? Because I can´t find it in the roles sections.

Hello Florence,

You need to add the below two roles so that you able to see the KPI modeler tiles working in your Launchpad.

sap.hba.r.sb.core.roles::SAP_SMART_BUSINESS_MODELER and

sap.hba.r.sb.core.roles::SAP_SMART_BUSINESS_RUNTIME.

Hi Florence,

Yes, you have to install web dispatcher. See the architecture for Analytic App (still using old KPI modeler)

For how to install and configure web dispatcher, please check Fiori RDS package.

How about the HANA roles, should it be already in Hana database or it should be created manually?

You need to import HANA content KPI modeler to have these roles:
