Hi All,
Please find above screen, i am trying to open the tab "personalization of Alert Delivery" but,it is not opening.
Let me know, what are the setting's need to maintain to open this tab?
I created alert categories. maintained alert configuration in RWB such as alert rule with respect to alert categories.
After testing i got the message in to alert inbox,but i did not receive any email to my mail id.
I got log error details.
Please find below.

An error occurred in program CL_SMTP_RESPONSE
Error text: ESMTP error code is not known.

Let me know the settings to resolve this error?

Error 554 5.7.1 <sender@example.com>: Relay access denied.
This means that SMTP server which is used for sending alert mail message requires authorization for security and spam-related reasons. You must apply real mail address and correct user/password.
