Message type M1110 in custom france can be added more than once even though the fist time it is validated

Hello,

We were processing custom export declaration for France. Message type M1110 is already validated by custom authority. Even though it is validated, if we try to add again manually M1110, it gets added and sends to custom authority.

Is it standard SAP behavior ? Can we stop to add manually if it is already validated without development ?

Hi Manish,

That is standard GTS behaviour.  The usual prevention is to train the users!  Why would they want to re-send an already-registered declaration?

Maybe you should find other tasks for them to do, so that their idle hands are kept busy!
