Alerts for PGP Module failures at SFTP channels

Hi All,

I have created alert rule for adapter specific for SFTP in PI 7.1 version. I am able to get the alerts for channel failures if channel has connectivity or network issue but unable to get the same channel is failing due to PGP module error.

Here I want to understand is PGP module failures can be captured in alerts, is any special settings required for this or PI 7.1 version wont support for any module configuration error in SFTP channel.

Please advice.

Hello Sumit,

using CBMA you can capture the SFTP PGP errors as well,The category in the alert rule "Others" should be selected.

I am using SAP PI 7.1 version SP 10, I don't think so CBMA can be used.

I still think CCMS should trigger for PGP alerts as well,Anyways am not very much sure on that.

Thanks for your time.. I checked the above link it help to populate the custom message in channel as well as in alert. In my case i need an alert for PGP module error in channel.
