Hi experts,

I have configure a front-end with:

SAP NETWEAVER7.5
SAP FIORI FRONT-END SERVER200

Backend with:

EHP7 FOR SAP ERP 6.0EHP7 FOR SAP ERP 6.0
SAP ERP2005
SAP SFINANCIALS2.0

I follow the configuration of several standard application (MySpend and Clear Outgoing Payments), and I used the standard roles (SAP_SFIN_BCR* and SAP_SFIN_TCR*); but, it does not appear nothing in the fiori launchpad.

The initial page appear without app, and if I try to find some tiles, appear the message: "No catalogs found"

How can solve the problem?

Thanks in advance,

Regards,

Solved, the problem was that the services:

  • /UI2/PAGE_BUILDER_CONF
  • /UI2/PAGE_BUILDER_PERS
  • /UI2/PAGE_BUILDER_CUST
  • /UI2/INTEROP
  • /UI2/TRANSPORT

should be local.

Victor,

Just to rule out an issue with auths., is it possible for you to temporarily assign SAP_ALL to this user, clear gateway/backend cache and see if you see the tiles?

Cheers,

Abhinav

Hello Victor,

Have you assigned the required OData service authorization in your gateway system ?

The below ODATA service authorization must be assigned in your gateway system.

My Spend - SRA012_SPEND_SRV

Clear Outgoing Payments - FAC_FINANCIALS_POSTING_SRV

Thanks,

In my gateway I have not the odata services... I add the authorization in backend.

In the frontend I add the authorization with IWSG

But It does not appear nothing.

Hello Victor,

You have to activate the ODATA services in your gateway system. Can you please follow the below links for implementation of your fiori apps.

My Spend - App Implementation: My Spend - SAP Fiori principal apps 1.0 for SAP ERP - SAP Library

Clear Outgoing Payments - App Implementation: Clear Outgoing Payments - SAP Fiori for SAP Simple Finance, On-Premise Edition -...

Thanks,

I followed the steps Clear Outgoing Payments --> App Implementation: Clear Outgoing Payments - SAP Fiori for SAP Simple Finance, On-Premise Edition -...

The ODATA services were activated in gateway, of course.

Hi Victor

Check web console in your web browser with F12.

Logon your frontend and backend to use SU53 to check if there is any missing authorizations.

If needed, clear fiori cache.

Hi,

Thanks, but...

- No errors in F12

- No errors in SU53 neither backend neither frontend

- I cleaned the cache several times.

Any other idea?

Thanks in advance,

Hi Victor,

Please have a look at

Check this notes 2251801 - Tile catalogs and groups are not loaded after upgrade in Fiori Launchpad and Fiori Launchp... helps or not.

Check you UI add-on version and implements the required notes as mentioned in (a serials of this kind of document, you can search for which one is corresponding to your UI level.)

I follow all steps but I continue with the same problem... it does not appear any group, any tile and nothing...

The user has the roles:

SAP_FSCM_TCR_T

SAP_LUMIRA_TCR

SAP_SFIN_BCR_CASHMANAGER

SAP_SFIN_BCR_CONTROLLER

SAP_SFIN_BCR_COSTMANAGER

SAP_SFIN_BCR_GLACCOUNTANT

SAP_SFIN_BCR_MANAGER

SAP_SFIN_BCR_PAYABLES_CLERK

SAP_SFIN_BCR_RECEIVABLES_CLERK

SAP_SFIN_BCR_SALESMANAGER

SAP_SFIN_TCR_A

SAP_SFIN_TCR_T

SAP_UI2_ADMIN_750

SAP_UI2_FIORI_CATALOGS_READ

SAP_UI2_NEWS_TILE

SAP_UI2_USER_700

Z_RFC_ACL

Any other idea?

Hi Victor,

In my opinion, if you miss some required authorizations, you can check them out in SU53.

I remember I face the same kind of error last year within SFIN.

Please check if the note https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2029333 helps or not.

To prevent delays of problem fixing, you'd better to open an incident to component CA-FE-FLP-EU . Wait for your solution.
