Re-routing of MSMP instance ID's

Hello Experts,

Need your input again - I have a situation where the previous controller is no more and I need to redirect all the logs pending approval to the

new controller for their approval. What would be the easiest way to do this ?

What suggestion would you have here ?

Dear Siobhan,

as Kevin has mentioned the admin delegation works. The only constraint with admin delegation comes if the user has other pending approvals or if he is still involved in other approval processes and will receive other workitems. In this case you can open the requests as Administrator (from Search Request application) and manually forward the workitems to the new controller.

I would use the Admin Delegation functionaltiy to allow access to the work items.  This will show that the new Controller was delegated for this approval in the audit log.
