Hi Marudhu,

Refer to notes:

857216 - SAP help files (.chm) not displayed correctly

920997 - HTML Help CHM file cannot be opened through Shared Folder

Did you do the necessary in tcode sr13?

Kind Regards,

Hello Pandy,

that "\\hostname" part in the URL looks strange to me, like it is a placeholder until the "real" path will be entered.

For example, if you manually try to reach the URL \\hostname\saplib\HTMLHELP\EN\htmlhelp.ini, do you get to anywhere, or you get a "folder / file does not exist" error message?

Best regards,

Laszlo

Hi Pandy.

Info: --- Starting HtmlHelp ---

Error: Could not find file "\\hostname\saplib\HTMLHELP\EN\htmlhelp.ini"

I think you have to copy the all source installation DVD's to local disk and then start the installation(Dont use the any network share).
