Hi all,
I am using SolMan 7.2 SP2.
But I am having difficulties synching my systems to the new maintenance planner.(https://apps.support.sap.com/sap(bD1kZSZjPTAwMQ==)/support/mp/index.html)
Job: AI_SC_UPLOAD_SYSTEM_DATA is running fine, but no system is synced.
If I sync them manually from transaction: LMDB its working also fine. 🙂
Does anyone know how to fix that issue?
Dear SAP, are you kidding me?
Shortly after I opended this discussion, suddently "maintenance planner" is showing alle my solution manager 7.2 systems (SID: SOP).
BTW: I am the only one who operates our solman and I did not change anything.
Regards,
Jan
Hi Jan
The job will upload to a queue instead of directly upload into the Maintenance Planner directly, and the backend will take some time to clear the queue.
As per note 2002546, only manual upload will directly get into Maintenance Planner.
Kind Regards
Andy

Hi Jan
I think you should try to run the report RPT_CLEAR_SL_CACHE in the Solution Manager first, and then rerun the job to see if it helps, because this will clear the synchronization information for technical systems, to ensure all systems will be uploaded again.
Because there is a check in the upload job as per note 2177157
"In addition, if the last synchronization of the system was performed during the last 4 weeks and no change occurred since then, the system considers an upload unnecessary, so no upload will be performed."
Kind Regards
Andy
