Hi,
is there a roadmap available which shows when and how fiori 2.0 is released?
Except the announcements and videos I can't find such information.

Most of the new features are available if you move to latest patch of SAP_UI at 7.50. Overview page is available even now, but not as standard but custom. To see the roadmap of fiori.
