Creating a dump file XI/PI system

Former Member

Some background: Every week we perform analysis of failed an undelivered messages in XI / PI system in non production systems.

For this we need to collect the sender and receiver combination which are failing in Java stack.

My issue: Collecting this takes a very long time due a large number of combinations and systems.

My question: Is there any ways to create a dump file (Or download) from the java stack or netweaver.

Note:- Don't have access to the DB level.

Hi Anant,

I think we can not export error messages from RWB in PI 7.0.

The option suggested by Raghuraman  may be available in higher versions.

If you want to use RWB, choose message monitoring -> Adapter engine -> Database overview and click on export. It will generate a CSV file.

But in PI 7.0 we don't have Database overview option, so you can't use it.

You can export error messages from Moni as specified in the below screenshot.

--> SXMB_Moni --> Set the filter [From date / To date / Status Group - Errors]

Hello Anant.

Am not sure on XI 3.0.

If your ok to go with SXMB_MONI you can go with the option suggested by Bhargav.

From Moni means you can tell ABAPer to write a simple piece of code and fetch details from MONI as well.

Hello  Raghuraman

Thanks for your reply.

I really like the idea but i have no option to write an abap code, as developer key is not given.

Is there a way round for coding?

Hi Bhargava Krishna

Thanks for your response.

We have been using

RWB -> message monitoring -> Adapter engine -> Database overview for the longest period of time.

But there is not export option. (can this be disabled ?)
