I am getting Error “Cannot connect to LDAP system” while creating FFID Request.

Please help me in creating FFID request

Hi Bhanu,

First of all, can you please provide the GRC version and SP level.

Regarding your issue, are you getting this error in the end user login screen where LDAP is maintained as the user authentication DS.

Posting error screenshots, SLG1 logs and ST22 dumps will be useful for fixing the issue.

Hi Bhanu,

Can you check if the guest user maintained for the service "GRAC_UIBB_END_USER_LOGIN" has S_ICF,S_RFC and S_LDAP authorizations.

Also, try running a trace for finding other missing values.

Hi Bhanu,

Execute SICF t-code. In the maintain services screen click on execute.

In the next screen enter "GRAC_UIBB_END_USER_LOGIN" under service name and click on apply filter button.

       

Now , double click on the End user login service and click on Logon Data button to get the Guest user. Check for all the authorizations as suggested in previous reply.
