error on collaboration site to site

I try to make transfer site to site but I have this error message in colloboration log report :

Server returned HTTP response code: 500 for URL: http://10.31.15.92:50000/manufacturing-xml/com/sap/me/integration/xchange/client/ProductionInterface...

I check with IT team: no pb with network

Can you guide me

Hi!

I hope you did set up S2S in accordance with the How-To Guide.

What happens if you try to open this URL in IE on the source application server? I got "Login and password for site * are required to run Xchange via HTTP (Message 18613)" that means it is accessible at least.

You should check error messages in defaultTrace logs on both sides.
