Do you know how the automatic import (export and import) for outbound campaign works on SAP Hybris and SAP Contact Center?

I looking for documentation help for more details about this integration, but I didn´t find any help.

Hi Rodrigo,

you can find technical integration information on this topic via the official Help Portal for Hybris Marketing. Go to help.sap.com/mkt and open the Installation Guide of Hybris Marketing. In this document watch out for the chapter 14.1.4.2 "Setting up Call Center Integration with SAP Contact Center or External Call Centers"
