Port hyper link

Dear All,

I have created SC and trying to display the SC from the advanced search page. Hyper link in the page not working.

I have triggered to check the service WDA_L_FPM_OIF it is Active , but if ran in test mode

it's displays the error message as below.

"FPM application /SAPSRM/WDA_L_FPM_OIF was started without configuration"

Please find the attached screen shoot SC Technical help.

Help me out how to solve this.

Hi

Are you facing this issue for the hyperlink within Advanced search or in general in all screens

Could you ask portal person to check whether service com.sap.portal.obn.core is started

Hi Venkatraman,

We have cross check the service and restarted which you have suggested.

Still we have the same issue. Not only the SC advanced search problem occurs for the other links.

Could you suggest any better solution?
